Who will I work with?
Your convention will be assigned to a dedicated manager who will remain in contact with you through your entire event. We make sure personal cell numbers are exchanged and be assured that your dedicated manager is always available.
When should we book convention staff?
We book our staff two weeks before your convention begins. However, we like to have contracts in place at least 30 days before your event. Contact us at any time before your convention as we know staffing needs change. We are here to help and make every effort to accommodate your convention.
How will I be invoiced?
We invoice on actual hours worked at the end of your convention. Invoices are emailed on a NET 25 day payment terms. Discounts are available for prepaid deposits!
Is RGS Staff bonded and insured?
YES. All RGS staff assigned to your convention are W2 employees of reSOURCE Government Services and are fully insured. Be careful of convention staffing firms that use 1099 contractors as you will not have the full protection of an RGS employee
